Occupational Health

Occupational health

We are here to optimize movement, musculoskeletal health, and work participation from hire to retire.  This is achieved by our industry-leading onsite services that reduce workplace injuries, and OSHA recordables, saving you money while improving employee satisfaction.

Our goal is to

  • Reducing absenteeism

  • Manage employees returning to work after injury

  • Reducing the risk of re-injury with consults and training

  • Preventing injuries with early on-site point of care

  • Reducing workers' compensation claims

  • Engaging employees to participate in their wellness

  • Ergonomic assessments for proper office configuration

  • Post Offer Employment Testing

  • Job descriptions and functional job analysis

  • Our solutions identify and control job-related and personal health risks your employees experience, and reduce the risk of injury and disability.

Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are experts in job function and have a comprehensive understanding of functional body movements and discomforts. We can address minor reports of soreness without substantial signs of injury. It is important not to provide more complicated interventions than necessary and subsequently inflate the employer's recordable injury log.

  • Eliminating unnecessary musculoskeletal claims and expediting return to work through defensible post-offer employment testing, functional capacity evaluations (FCE), and Fit For Duty (FFD) testing.

By using these testing methods, employers can ensure that employees are physically capable of performing their essential job duties.

  • After observing specific job tasks, our providers work with employees in one-on-one body mechanic training sessions to safely, effectively, and efficiently complete job tasks.

These individual sessions have a significant impact on reducing the risk of injury while improving performance and engaging workers in safe material handling practices.

  • Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are the experts you need to stop musculoskeletal discomfort progression in its tracks. Our provider's training sets us apart. We strive to improve workers' access to the care they need by reducing time and travel barriers for your employees.

These screens are ideal for non-work related issues. We educate your employees on what is going on with their bodies, and triage when necessary. This has increased workplace satisfaction while preventing OSHA-recordable injuries.
